Return Policy


The returns on full-price merchandise will be accepted by mail within 14 days of the date received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Contact us through

Note that GIFT CARDS and SALE merchandise are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned.

BBOX Clothing® will not accept a return on merchandise that was previously washed, worn, damaged after purchase, or missing the original tags. The merchandise will be returned  without refund. Providing a store credit will be at our sole discretion.

We are in our right to deny the possible credit if the merchandise returned does not meet the above criteria or requirements. In this case you can exchange it for another product or size.


All sale items are FINAL SALES. Returns will not be accepted.


If you wish to return merchandise that is in accordance with the BABYBOX Clothing® Return Policy, please follow our easy 3 step process:

  1.  Complete the Return Reason that will be provided after contacting us through our email.
    2.    Ship your order back for a refund:

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, expected return delivery timeframe may vary.

Once your return is received, an email confirmation will be sent notifying the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will provide instructions for exchange if it is applicable, as mentioned before.
